Staying Motivated - Siya Patel
Different things motivate different people to finish tasks, so no matter how small they may seem, they’re important in their own way. I find that the idea of success or meeting my goals is what motivates me the most. Something I do a lot, is make to-do lists, so once I finish a task I find it incredibly satisfying to cross things off. For example, if I were to do a presentation, I would prefer to be one of the first ones to go because once it’s done, it’s off my list. I’ve learnt that success is also a huge motivator because the better I do, the more confident I become in my skills, automatically bringing an increase in my productivity. With every task, I’ll aspire to do even better than the last time, try to become even more successful and just feel motivated to become the best version of myself.
