A lot of us have been baking over quarantine to keep ourselves occupied in a tasty and entertaining way. These small treats or extravagant meals are some of the best ways to pass the time by and try some wonderful new cuisines. So today I would like to share my absolute favourite quick recipe that I have loved to bake over these past couple of months. This recipe requires a very low skill level so anyone is capable of baking this mouthwatering dessert! This recipe will have you baking a mini chocolate cake in under 20 minutes.


The ingredients you need include 1 ripe banana, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. First, peel and cut the ripe banana and put it into the blender. Then crack one egg, and add that to the blender as well. Thirdly, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder into the mixture as well. Once your three ingredients are in the blender, mix until smooth. After blending, pour the batter into a mug. Next bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for ten to twelve minutes or you can pop it in the microwave for one minute. Now that the cake has been cooked, you can finally enjoy this savoury sweet! Have fun baking and satisfying your sweet tooth!
