Everyone has their days where they feel low, for times like these we all use different ways to bring ourselves up again. Everyone is different, we all cope in different ways. Some may find it comforting to be surrounded by the ones they love when they feel down, while others prefer to be left alone. If you are the type of person who likes to be comforted by someone, then you could try to talk to someone about your worries, have a good time with people to try to forget, and seek advice. On the contrary, if you rather be left alone then I suggest cleaning as it could be therapeutic, working out alone or with others, and listening to music. Do the things you love, the things that make you feel euphoric and bring you to your happy place, and allow yourself to vent because it’s okay to be sad sometimes. Whenever I feel down, I like to listen to music. It is an effective way I use to let out my emotions and I feel so much better after. Listening to upbeat music or meaningful songs really helps to lighten the mood and get you feeling better. It is okay to feel sad and at the end of the day, just know “You Never Walk Alone”.
