Or teachers and parents frequently tell us to eat healthily and avoid unhealthy food during classes and at home. What they are trying to get at us is that by doing this we may be sacrificing our cravings for the sweet and salty but a major benefit is that we are keeping our bodies in good shape while doing this. As students, it may be difficult to maintain a habit of this but there are countless benefits that come with this lifestyle. Such as higher productivity, mood enhancements, weight regulation, you will remain healthier and you will live longer, as you can see these are benefits you won't ever attain while snacking on unhealthy foods.
